Right, so...an open letter of unconditional love...the opening riff for this haunted me for months and I didn't know what to do with it, played it slower, faster, louder and lower tuned but it just wanted to be this and that's about what can be said for this song, this song had already written itself in the ether and I just had to get over it being so...sweet
I'll stand by the sentiment, I've been on the receiving end of unconditional love and I have tried to reciprocate it to others when I could see they needed it, there is certainly not enough of it to go around in this world so I'll throw this song in the ring.
We'll keep putting out these demo versions of new songs until we have all the material buttoned up for the new album, Its pretty fun to record them straight through to tape, some basic mixing and a slight bit of limiting going into 0's and 1's, hope you like them, they are up for free, you can kick us down some dollars if you would like, it goes directly to making music.

lyrics
--An Open Letter Of Unconditional Love--
Lovely broken wretched thing try to look alive
This world is hungry and prepared to eat It's young
oooh baby, get up and move around
The wolves will come and lick your wounds but then eat you alive
What a golden little thing to be curious and thrive
One discovered little world can lead you to the stars
oooh baby, but the price can be so high
For every stone that we turn some innocence must die
Was it always so much ache to be free and no one bound
No one reigns your fragile heart no one waiting at your door
oooh baby, lay your weapons to the floor
All the empires that you built have always been at war
Bring your wolves on home
Did you have to swallow pride, cash in some of your soul?
Did the jackals go and take what wasn't theirs to hold?
oooh baby, there's no judgement in his court
Every traveler has a path, hope yours leads back to my door
Bring your wolves on home

Just saw them at RippleFest in Austin. Great live band!
Really like this Demo album- sounds great on vinyl. Slightly different sound to the vocals, which I liked quite a bit. Music fantastic. jamjamkiley

This just has some great vibes all around - from the energy of 56th Floor and Symphony of the ironic sympathy to the gentle, laid back Soul Keeper - it’s worth the time to listen to it all. potaytoes
